Fellow Staten Islanders

                The United Staten Island Veterans Organization (USIVO) is having a fund raiser to help out two of Staten Island Veterans who were seriously injured serving to protect our freedom. They are Brendan Marrocco and Michael Brown. We have planned a dinner for them on Wednesday April 21, 2010 at the Excelsior Grand starting at 7 PM. Our goal is to raise funds to help them with a journal, split club and silent auctions at the event. I am asking you all as Staten Islanders to support this event. Given these economic times your help is needed more than ever to make this a huge success for these two very deserving young men. These men are currently being taken care of at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C... Brendan was serious injured serving in Iraq last April and Michael was serving in Afghanistan when he was injured seriously 2 months ago. Their families have taken on supporting both of these veterans on their own, so it has come to USIVO’s attention to help them with this event.

                We have enclosed Journal ad contracts and dinner reservations. The cost for the dinner is $55.00 per person or as a group $500.00 (a table of 10) contact Tony Fanelli 718-974-2800.
